Welcome to the Arden, Carnwadric, Kennishead and Old Darnley Community Council website. We meet on the 4th Monday of every month at 7.30pm at Kiloran St Hall, Kiloran St, Carnwadric, Glasgow (except December, July and August). When the 4th Monday is a public holiday, we meet on the 3rd Monday of that month. Our next meeting is on 28 May 2012.
What we do
Elected Community Councillors from across our area meet to discuss local news and issues, such as traffic problems, planning applications and missed bin collections. We then work to resolve these by escalating these to politicians, the local council or local police. Our meetings are open to the public and regularly attended by local councillors, and from time to time by Police and other Community bodies. You are very welcome to attend.
